For a big update we will be releasing a new map that is super big. It's so big, that it's divided into four sections. The amount of open sections depends on how many players are active at the time. We are very excited about this map and really hope everyone enjoys it once it's released. Here are some pictures of how it currently looks.
The areas near the center combine to form a small city. The insides of the buildings are simple. The outer areas are littered with various structures which can be more buildings or things such as a water park or ice rinks. Sometimes the structures are completely random. The very center of the map even has a beacon beam that changes its color!
Each section also has an underground portion. There is a sewer, a stronghold, a Nether, and a cave. these areas require different tactics to be used.
Each section also has floating walkways. Ranged kits benefit from these but since they are high up your aim better be good. Players will also need to make sure not to fall off of them.
We will also be introducing a new donator feature: BILLBOARDS!
There are four billboards. Every 30 or so minutes the billboards change from various player made billboards. These billboards can be used for various purposes, you can advertise your Youtube on them, put up funny messages, or just make some art with them. There are rules to these billboards though, no server advertising or inappropriate content will be accepted. Donators will have access to the bill board editor which they can use to design a billboard block by block and then put it up for checking. Once accepted the billboard becomes part of the billboard rotation!
This map will be updated as Minecraft updates as well. I hope you guys are as excited as we are!

I love the idea of having sections that open depending on the amount of players, because a lot of the time when there are very few people on the server maps can feel too big but when there are lots of people it seems too small.
